How to get certified?

A certificate of completion is awarded when the course is 100% complete. This means that every module and lesson must be completed and marked as complete.

Log in to your account. After logging in, select “My Account” from the menu and go to your course. On the course page, go to the content section and select the topic you are interested in, click on the title, and a page with a video will open where you can watch the course.

If the image freezes while watching our training videos, change the video quality to a lower setting. You can do this by clicking on the settings in the bottom bar of the video player. Find the gear-shaped button and click on it. Then click on Quality and select a lower setting than the one originally selected by clicking on the appropriate dot. If the video still freezes, repeat this step and select an even lower quality option than the previous one. We publish videos in HD format on the platform to provide you with the highest possible video quality. The HD option requires a good Internet connection, so the highest quality may not be available under poor connection conditions.

If you cannot remember your password, after selecting the “log in” button, click on the “Forgot your password?” option below the “log in” button. The system will ask you to enter the email address you provided when purchasing your subscription. A new password will be sent to the email address you provided, which you can use to log in to the platform.

Log in to the system. Then click on the “My Account” button. Go to the “Account Details” tab. Here, in the “Change Password” section, enter your “Current Password” and “New Password” and type in a string of characters using letters, numbers, and special characters. Then repeat the new password in the field below and finally confirm the changes. From this point on, you can log in to the platform using your new password.

Enter the platform address and click the “log in” button in the menu. You will be taken to the login page. Enter your email address and the password we sent you in an email. The email with your password was sent to your email address immediately after you purchased access. Select the “remember password” option to make future logins easier and click the “log in” button.
